Nuff’ said. Thumbs in the middle because of Flair. That Flair stuff was great, as were Burke and Benjamin bumping all over the place for The Nature Boy. WHOOO!

Oh man, that Gulf of Mexico match looked corny and so did the ending with Chavo eating a Go 2 Sleep and flying into the dark waters.

Chavo comes out. He does a bit about being cold and wet and stung by a jelly fish. Not as funny as Pepe. Chavo acts like he is sick. CM Punk and Mark Henry are announced for tonight by Armando Estrada.

Stevie Richards? I like Stevie Richards, but… Stevie Richards? If they pushed the ECW brand, the original version, I could see a reason for the push. Otherwise I don’t see the point. Good luck to him. He’s going to win some matches and then they are going to job him out. Stevie Richards vs. Rory Fox ends with Stevie hitting the Stevie-T. Styles and Tazz pour on the sympathy for Richards.

Kelly Kelly vs. Layla. Would you believe this? It wasn’t this bad on GLOW or WOW. Layla is never going to get over and no one wants to see Kelly Kelly do anything physical except porn. I’d watch apartment wrestling or volley ball if I wanted to see this. I’m shocked. Kelly Kelly hits three good moves to win the match. Wow. ECW is bizzaro-land.

Koffi Kingston vs. Mike Knox
Tazz sucks as an announcer. Cole carried him. Koffi is the new Argentina Rocca. Mike Knox should be in a tag team, he’s not that bad. Koff’s buzzsaw kick is interesting, I see him blowing it at some point to much embarassment. Tazz is a retard.

That slow-mo thing they do with Morrison is so corny. So Dreamer finally gets a win, but it’s only to get Colin Delaney over? If they give Tommy and Colin the titles for a month I won’t complain. But that would be a waste because I don’t know what they will do with Delaney. Morrison and Miz are pretty over, especially with those titles. I’d like to see them actually beat some decent tag teams and do a serious program with someone.

Was that even a match CM Punk had with Mark Henry? Well, if it was it was great. Wow. What a way to build up a PPV match! CM Punk by DQ over Mark Henry! That is so strange.

This show was so thumbs in the middle it’s hard to describe how torn I am about tonight’s show. I’ve been watching ECW sparingly, mostly catching the main events, which sucks because I really like The Miz and John Morrison as SD! Tag Team Champions. On the other hand, Shelton Benjamin was a dissapointment (except right at the end where he yelled out “Ain’t no stoppin’ me NOOOOW!”), because he always starts to pick up the pave and get interesting, mainly when he’s pushed, but then he jumps the shark really soon afterwards.

Edge continues to impress, as his presence was a big upgrade to the show when he was out there. The Edge and CM Punk stand-off was great. Joey Styles was also very good tonight. I also like that Chavo is being pushed. So there were alot of positives to the show.
